I started Upper Valley Bike Company to stay rooted in the cycling community and offer the kind of experience I always wanted — personalized, detail-oriented, and actually rider-focused. I handle everything here — fits, builds, wrenches — and if you want to talk bikes, I’m always happy to do that. If you just want to go ride bikes, even better.
Services
Comprehensive Bike Fit
This is the full thing. We'll spend up to four hours figuring out exactly how your body and your bike should work together — looking at your flexibility, riding history, goals, and what's been bugging you. Then we start making it right. Stems, bars, saddles, cleats — whatever needs to move, we'll move it, and labor for those swaps is included. You'll leave knowing what changed and why, with a position that actually fits how you ride.
Bike Sizing
Buying a new bike is a big decision, and size is everything. In about 90 minutes, we'll take your measurements, put you on a Size Cycle, and dial in your ideal reach, stack, and position — so when you pull the trigger on a frame, you can do it with confidence. It's not a full fit, but it's a solid, honest starting point that'll save you headaches down the road.
Bike Service Consultation
Bring your bike in and we'll go through it together. In about an hour, we'll check the whole thing — drivetrain, brakes, wheels, bearings, cockpit — and talk through what it needs. No surprises, no upsells. You'll walk out with a clear picture of what's going on and a plan that makes sense for how you ride.
